Enhancing quality of life by improving care delivery

The Long Term Conditions Summit, taking place on 25th January 2018 at the QEII Centre London, explores the challenges surrounding the continued delivery and quality of patient-centric care.

Over 15 million people in the UK are living with long term conditions, their care needs are taxing an already suffering system.

The Long Term Conditions Summit brings together key stakeholders to discuss policy and strategies to ease the strain on staffing and resources without compromising care; along with case studies and best practices being used across the sector.

Along with plenary and supplier led seminars there will be 4 streams of content that focuses on 4 key LTCs – Dementia, CVD & Respiratory, Cancer and Diabetes & Obesity – which will delve deeper into the unique issues of each condition.
